Our undertaking includes mapping of strengths and weaknesses, as well as implementing specific development measures in management groups, teams and small organizations.
We work both with group dynamics and with the tasks, goals and strategies of the group. Our main aim, however, is to work with the dynamics that arise in various groups and to speed up the processes necessary for achieving a high level of efficiency. This is done by making the purpose of the group concrete through visions and strategies relating to the group's various modes of contact.
In management groups we prefer to combine this with a Personal Assessment of each group member, in order to deepen and speed up the processes.
